When we were the buyers we thought she was a good agent because she was always available for inspections that weren't scheduled and in the end we paid about $40,000 more for the house then we wanted, so we thought she was a good agent for when you're selling. When it came to sell the Wooloowin house this year, she gave us advice on what we needed to do to get the house ready, without going overboard.
