Excellent and honest communicator

After spending the better part of 6 months searching for a property and having to follow up with agents on a regular basis it was such a welcomed change meeting Kim. Our first home

Kim is truly a leader in the real-estate field. She proved her high level of market knowledge and, despite my skepticism, was able to estimate my sale price within 1% accuracy (although we did receive offers OVER her estimate). She is very professional and communicates as such, with detail and on a regular basis. She answers questions and addresses concerns promptly and honestly. Her superior negotiation skills resulted in higher than expected offers. She provided advice when deciding on which offer to take, including all pros and cons of each. She also went above and beyond by helping me organize a solicitor and pre-sale cleaning and maintenance.
