Did a great job in a very difficult, competitive environment

We have just had Theo sell 2 properties for us - the 1st being super quick and easy with a sensational result although this property was a great deal more difficult for numerous reasons. We were let down by buyers finance a couple of times and I was particularly grateful Theo kept on the case until we ultimately sold the property which by the way was a 1 bedroom Unit that had a great deal of other very local competition of 1 bedroom Units Thankfully Theo just kept his enthusiasm and kept myself informed through the entire process in what is now an extremely difficult market. Would not hesitate at all to recommend Theo to you if looking to sell as he has done a fabulous job on both the Unit and the House Great work and thank you Theo........
