Good experience with Karl his team.
I found Karl understanding and has a very good knowledge of the area, sales figures. Also willingness to answer questions and provide good advice. Karl is easy to deal with no pressure at all. I would recommend Karl & his team to anyone.

Successful, stress-free and respectful
Karl managed the rental of our property for a number of years- always professionally and with a personal touch. So it was natural for us to select him as our real estate agent to sell the house recently. He believed in the house; was always responsive and respectful in dealing with all family members who jointly owned our former childhood family home; advised us well; and succeeded in achieving our stretch target in terms of price. We plan to engage him for a future real estate sales campaign and have no hesitancy in recommending him.

Work Review
After interviewing other agents George really stood out from the rest for his professionalism, honesty and work ethic. He was always on time and followed through on everything. George is an expert agent in our area and has sold many houses for very good prices over a long period of time. He was very honest with his feedback throughout the selling process which is very important and allows you to have an understanding of how the auction day may unfold and not have false expectations. George is not a pushy person and really listened to our point of view even though he may not have agreed with it. He gave his best advice but also listened to what we wanted. We had several people from our street commenting how hard the agent worked on the auction day. Thank you George for selling our home for a great price.

I have always found George to be upfront, very well informed, professional and an excellent communicator. We navigated the presentation of my property from pre Covid and live auction to an online auction after the hurdles of Covid regulations. And the result, top price for my villa with a record having been achieved. I took his advice at all times and he was very willing and able to discuss the issues even though I am 400 km from Sydney. Passion and drive to achieve the best possible result
George was very knowledgeable of the area, and knew the best approach/campaign to sell the property based on the market conditions. Communication from George and his office staff was excellent and kept me across every development along the way. The property was sold within 2 weeks on the market for a higher price than what I expected.
