Professional, dedicated agent with excellent market knowledge

We were initially very cautious when selecting an agent to sell our house, from the outset Cameron was straight up, honest and was very confident and knowledgeable about the local area with his initial advice, and was quick to send a quality, detailed appraisal. Cameron supported our wish to sell our property off market and once our house was ready to view, he wasted no time in doing a video walk through and creating a plan of the property to present to prospective buyers. We had the first inspection within a short time, and several offers and Cameron was very helpful in advising the pros and cons of each. The offer we ended up accepting was not run of the mill and was subject to the sale of buyer's house with early.access required. Cameron was very helpful in dealing with the buyers and facilitating the negotiation of fair contract conditions and providing advice where required. We had some challenges along the way including smoke detector compliance and our hot water service failing just before the building inspection, Cameron took everything in his stride and went out of his way giving advice, facilitating access for repairs etc and following up to ensure everything was ready up until the final inspection and then settlement. Cameron was very confident, professional and diligent throughout the whole selling process and supported us every step of the way. We would recommend Cameron to anyone wishing to sell their house without hesitation.
