I was given Cameron's name, amongst others, by Open Agent and after only a brief conversation with him appointed him as my agent. He is personable, has excellent communication skills and has a good understanding of the real estate market in Townsville. Additionally, he had useful experience of dealing with Defence Housing and his proposed advertising and remuneration package was very competitive. He dealt with some early curve balls from potential buyers and identified the most reliable one within only a couple of weeks of listing. He then efficiently shepherded me through the sale process with a minimum of fuss, liaising along the way with my conveyancer and negotiating a significant premium to the asking price.
