Poor Communication, Very Disappointing Price, Terrible Experience & Service
Lauren was great talking the talk before I signed the contract to engage Ray White. Once signed, her communication quickly dropped off.
In the time the property was on the market, I received only two of the promised weekly written reports (one of which was at my request). When I requested the next weeks report, I was told there was nothing to report on.
I had requested a phone call following open homes to give me a quick update however this just didn't happen.
Text messages were often not replied to in a timely manner and, in some instances, I had to follow her up for an answer (the next day!). In fact, my last text message sent to her yesterday has not even been responded to.
I expressed my concern during the process regarding her lack of communication and openness. She was aware her communication was poor/nonexistent and apologised and acknowledged she needed to do better. This, however, was an empty promise and no improvement to communication was forthcoming.
The price achieved was also very disappointing. I agreed to a much lower price than she said would be achieved, as I felt pressured by her to make a quick decision and also had a great distrust in her as an agent throughout the process.
I felt completely in the dark during the whole process and feel extremely disappointed by the entire experience, lack of communication and effort.
