There's a reason real estate agents have a pretty negative stereotype and we're not alone in our experience with other agents. In fact, we'd had a pretty typical (negative) experience with a different agent directly prior to meeting Nicole Cooney and we didn't have high hopes for Nicole based on that experience. Well, we've never been so wrong. Nicole has blown us away with her professionalism, integrity, honesty and ethics. Her knowledge of the area is fantastic and she doesn't try to play games. Her communication has been outstanding, especially considering we purchased a house 3 days before Christmas. We'd definitely use Nicole if we planned to sell our property or buy another one. 10 out of 5 stars.

Nicole was super helpful, kind and really brought a human element to the sale of our little home. It was very emotional for us to sell and she was extremely considerate of that; helping us find a buyer so quickly, but one that appreciates our home as much as we do which was so important. I would definitely recommend Nicole as your agent as she is one of the few out there that treats each vendor and their property as unique and special.

Very knowledgeable, energetic, helpful and great to deal with! Assisted the sale by helping to organise a stylist and pool inspection. Provided good and realistic advice as needed. The whole team at Ray White Kurrajong who I dealt with, were excellent and respectful. I have no doubt that they all tried their utmost to find a buyer and attract as much interest as possible. This included working after hours as needed. I could not have expected any more from an agent....very happy!
