Nicole was selling a few houses up on the Mountain. My partner and I debated the pros and cons of several houses being sold by several agencies and agents. As each house is unique it was hard to decide. Nicole hinted at one particular house based on our criteria we had given her. The house was unique enough to not fit perfectly into our criteria. However, it ended up being the one we went for. When my family first saw the house in person they said “yep, this is you”. We describe it as a fun house and we’ve been happy here ever since. I should mention we put our deposit down and then the windsor floods occurred. Nicole liaised with both sides (vendors and buyers) very well during this difficult time period. Nicole recently sold our 1 acre block of land at Bilpin. We had no idea of it's worth or who would want to buy it, and assumed being such a unique property it could take a very long time to sell. Nicole gave us a price range that she believed we could reasonably expect, outlined a target demographic we had never even considered and expressed her view that it would be a sort after property and most likely sell quickly. She was right on all counts. The land sold at the top end of her estimate, to the demographic she expected and took only a little more than a week to sell, although she received a number of offers in the first week. Nicole's knowledge and expertise in the area is superb and we feel so lucky to have found her. She was responsive and positive right from the start and we instantly felt comfortable with her.
