We put our house on the market during the bushfire crisis, then we had floods... and finally Covid19. We appreciate Katherina and her team at Ray White for trying to get the property presentable before we took occupation, they were probably as disappointed as we were with the condition the vendors left the property in. 4 stars as the property lacked maintenance in a number of areas that maybe should have been picked up earlier but presented as all good. We have had plumbers, pool cleaners, pool fencer, chimney issues and garage door repairers all through in the first week. Previous Vendor even took all the gas bottles and left empty ones so we could not get gas for 3 days. Tough Purchase but can only get better with the lovely people in Kurrajong.
