Selling our family home of 79 years there is a sentimental attachment as well as wanting to get a realistic price .From the very 1st walk through we felt that Tamara was in sync with what we were about. Living two and a half hours drive away could have posed difficulties however Tamara's support , communication by phone, text, and a very comprehensive weekly reports of who had shown interest and likely buyers was so clear that we knew what was going on all the time. Tamara organized for a tradesperson to trim our hedge, she offered to put out our bins after the family had working bees at the house, such great support. As a local person and having grown up in the area and having her office in the main part of the town we found that to be a great advantage, her deep understanding of the local area the contacts she had, and with the farming community who often when they sell want to buy in the town was an advantage. Her professionalism and communication skills when answering all our questions and organizing the selling campaign were so succinct and friendly taking into account our needs. Thank you Tamara for making our sale appear to go through seamlessly and all the hard work that was done behind the scenes, your communication skills, professionalism and knowledge of the area were greatly appreciated and I would have no hesitation in recommending Tamara for real estate advice.
