We contacted Tamara in relation to the property to determine whether it was within our target range. it wasn't. Never the less Tamara suggested that we inspect the property. The house was exactly what we were looking for but there was too much land attached. Tamara negotiated with the vendor and we were able to reduce the amount of land attached to the sale. Overall the sale was a difficult one but Tamara persisted and we were happy with the outcome.
