Frank and his team have been a pleasure to deal with. With regular postings on Insta and Facebook, we were kept informed of properties on the market. At all the home inspections (and we went to many!) Frank and his team were always professional and friendly. The checkin process was smooth and there was always a team member to answer any of our questions. At the time of the auction, my husband and I were nervous and unsure how the process would work. Frank explained how the auction works and provided a detailed outline of what would happen if we were successful. That calmed our nerves down and made us relax. We were successful at the auction and so pleased to have had Frank and his team assist us with the purchase of our first home. We can’t thank Frank enough for all his assistance with our purchase.
