Efficient and Friendly
I had a situation where I loved what I saw and wanted to purchase before the place hit open market. Despite vendor push back, Frank was willing to put in the effort to ensure he didn't break his word to guarantee the sale. Straight forward, easy to reach and talk with, and followed through on what he said.
