Pearl was knowledgable about the market. She showed many apartments while we were looking the past year. Whilst I wanted to negotiate an offer prior to the auction, the vendor didn't wish this and Pearl was upfront about this the whole time. Everything she said didn't have a hidden agenda unlike a lot of other agents I've met and she showed the property to us on her days off. Very thankful for it.
