Peter Norman represents hard work, integrity, determination, passion and to be of service to his work and personal life. Peter has been working in face-to-face dealings in real estate & the residential construction sector for over a decade. Peter's knowledge and experience in the industry has given him in-depth insights on the best way to promote a vendor’s property whilst achieving the best result in any marketplace. In October 2008 Maddison commenced her career in Real Estate. Beginning in administration and working her way up to becoming our marketing manager, Maddison has been a valued team member throughout her time at Ray White. In September 2013, Maddison took on a role in which she considered would be the most challenging but exciting & rewarding step of her career, selling Property. Maddison quickly became one of the few agents to achieve the Alan White Premier Status so early on in her Sales Career selling over 53 properties in the first 12 months out on her own. In 2015, with plans to open up her own Real Estate business one day, Maddison was offered a position amongst some of Ray White’s most experienced and well-respected members with the Ray White Corporate team in Ray White’s head office in Southbank, Melbourne. During her time at Ray White Corporate, Maddison rubbed shoulders with business owners, elite sales agents and worked closely with the CEO of Ray White Victoria/Tasmania & CEO of Loan Market Victoria/Tasmania. Maddison learnt what it takes to run a great Real Estate business and plans to implement the valuable lessons she learnt into her own Real Estate business one day. In 2016, Maddison returned to property sales in her local area in Geelong’s Northern Suburbs. As a driven, young, award winning agent she believes selling property is right where she needs to be. From starting out with Ray White, Maddison has watched and assisted her fellow colleague’s take their clients through what could be the biggest transaction of their lives, selling their largest asset- their home.
