When only the best will do...

Terry has sold two properties for me in the past two years and I was delighted with the results both times. Terry, Yolande and Natasha are a fantastic team. They're very professional, friendly, responsive and great communicators. Anyone who's driven around Lara would know that Terry has a high number of property listings (rightly so, in my opinion), however, my experience has been that it feels like Terry is working for you alone, such is the time and effort he puts into selling your property. An added bonus of working with someone with a lot of listings is that they also know a lot of buyers - case in point - with my recent sale, the first offer fell through and within hours Terry had arranged for another prospective buyer to inspect the property, resulting in a second satisfactory offer less than 24 hours later.
