Rebecca is very kind and helpful. She makes the purchasing process very easy and smooth. She helped a lot with the inspection, talking to the strata and the vendor's solicitor. We asked for an extra inspection after signing the contract and take measurement, then we can start to purchase furniture on Black Friday. Rebecca opened the house happily for us. At the final inspection, Rebecca helped us to test all the appliances and equipment professionally. Very good agent. Five stars!

I cannot speak highly enough about Sam's service to us. He is, in my opinion the best Sales & Property Agent in Sydney and NSW. If you are seeking a professional and honest Agent in Lidcombe, NSW who delivers on his word, this is the man you need to speak to. We handed our rental property to Sam and Ray White Lidcombe in Nov 2022 after another agent mismanaged the sale and property management. Our property was leased by the previous agency to tenants that proved to be very challenging. Sam took over the property management and provided the tenants with courtesy and kindness while working through to correct the issues they created. It turned out that these tenants stole $5,000 worth of property, something we only learned after they vacated. Sam assisted us with a rental bond claim via NCAT after conducting a comprehensive 117 page Outgoing Condition Report with 650 photos showing what the tenants had stolen. We were successful in gaining the majority of our Bond largely in part to Sam's professionalism and negotiation skills. We then handed the property over to Sam to sell. He managed it to a successful conclusion with a sales price above market value due to his professionalism and access to a great team of stylists, photographers, trades contractors as well as the great service from the team at Ray White Lidcombe.
