This was my first property purchase experience and I was very anxious walking in, partly because I've had to deal with a few real estate agents who were very pushy and didn't seem to have my best interests in mind. Rebecca was the exact opposite - she was very supportive, transparent, had a calm and candid demeanor, was well informed about the property, vendor and general purchasing process, gave helpful suggestions/tips and showed through our interactions that she genuinely cared about my questions and concerns. I found Rebecca very professional, genuine and friendly. My partner and I were first time home buyers and felt a bit nervous dealing with property agents as some could be unscrupulous. Our nervousness disappeared when we first met Rebecca as she warmly greeted us to show us around our potential home. She showed us around the property without any rush and answered the hundred questions we fielded at her without showing any signs of annoyance. She knows a lot about the property and even gave helpful suggestions to us, for example: potential to change flooring, how to communicate with the building manager, and being honest about the strata. When we decided to buy the property and went ahead with paying the 10% deposit, Rebecca still continued to provide us with friendly responsive service. Most real estate agents I assume would have ditched us at that point as they have achieved their objective already. Rebecca shows us that she cares about her work and therefore is a true professional. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a property or for her to help you sell property. Rebecca and the team have been excellent support to my family to help us sell our property in a rather challenging market. Rebecca & Steve's knowledge of the current market trends, advice on how to proceed and availability to meet as/when needed have been fantastic. We turned to Ray White Lidcombe many years ago when we needed a good managing agent for our unit at Lidcombe. From not being able to find a tenant for many months, we switched to Ray White and the property was leased out in a few weeks. The tenants have been excellent and have looked after the property ever since. Selling the property in today's market with an oversupply of units was challenging. There were a few times we asked Rebecca and Steve a few tough questions but they were willing to sit down and talk us through options using market data and current trends.
