I have never bought, rented from, or had a property managed by Ray White Lidcombe prior to this occassion. I have inspected numerous properties they have had open for inspection in the Lidcombe and surrounding areas over the last few years. At those "open homes" I have found Steven, Rebecca and their staff very courteous, efficient and helpful. They have always had the relevant material and information on hand and have always been able to answer any questions I've had in relation to the property being inspected. Their knowledge on the properties they are marketing is detailed as is their knowledge of the local area as well as sales and rental trends. I recently inspected a property in the Lidcombe area that was for sale and which I successfully purchased. Steven made the negotiation process very smooth and kept me promptly informed of the vendors expectations. I was able to secure the property whilst Steven Duong at all times had the vendors interests firmly front of mind, which I also appreciate and respect. Having seen Steven, Rebecca and their staff operate in the local area for some time and now, have finally made a purchase through their agency, I can highly recommend them as agents of integrity and honesty. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steven, Rebecca and their team as agents to market a property. I have now engaged Steven and his Property Management Team to manage this recent purchase.

Steven managed the marketing campaign and the sale of this house seamlessly.
