Rebecca helped us immensely once the contract of sale was signed. She made it easy to communicate between us and the vendor. She is very quick to respond to texts and emails which i appreciate. Rebecca was also able to easily arrange our building and pest inspection and pre settlement inspection with no hassle. Her friendly attitude made the whole buying process easy for us especially since it was our first home purchase. She and Steven even gave us a nice gift as a housewarming present. Highly recommended to anyone looking to purchase or sell property.

Rebecca is professional, knowledgeable, and above all, extremely genuine, transparent and patient. The lockdown situation must have created way more work for her but she went above and beyond to arrange inspections, explained every step involved in buying a house, and dealt with all my random and stupid questions. I've dealt with a substantial number of agents from all sort of suburbs in my past 2-3 years of house hunting and Rebecca has definitely changed my perspective on agents. She has extensive market knowledge and knows the local area very well, and did not hesitate to provide me with all those information so that I could make the best informed decision. My brother and I met at the property and from the very first visit he welcomed me as part of the discussion. Quite often women are put to the back and not included in the discussion but Steven from the beginning welcomed my involvement. He was honest and very hard working to get the best outcome in the sale of the house. He was down to earth and very reliable.
