Excellent service，impressed
Would highly recommend Steven, he's an incredible agent who has gone above and beyond for us and secured us a result ecstatic with. We have limited experience with the property market and Steven provided all the guidance and expertise. We were able to secure a property prior auction.He was extremely reliable and has had extensive experience in real estate.

I am very impressed!
I have been to many open houses and 3 auctions by Ray White Lidcombe. The properties are all of very high quality. I am very impressed with the principal Mr Steven Duong. Not only does he know the details of his properties very well, he can recognize me and remember my name just after one encounter! He is also very knowledgeable about the surrounding suburbs and market, his past buyers, investors and developers. His team is also very meticulous about the Covid protocols at all times during the open house and auctions. I am very impressed and satisfied!

Top service!
I have been to many open houses and 3 auctions by Ray White Lidcombe and have come to know the staff well. Its principal, Ms Rebecca Zhang, is very approachable, helpful, reassuring and professional. She has gone out of her way to assist. Be it enquiries regarding the properties, arranging building inspections or communication with the sellers. I have bought and sold 2 properties from other agents. Rebecca's before and after sale service is second to none.

Most honest and hardworking agents we've had the pleasure of dealing with
Rebecca and Steven have pretty much been by our side for a big chunk of our buying journey. We started househunting pretty much at the same time covid hit Sydney in 2020, so its been a long and tumultuous journey. Throughout the many open homes we visited over the last year and a bit, we never connected with any agents as easily as we did with Rebecca and Steven. They were friendly, never played any games with us, and was always forthcoming with knowledge and information on the changing market conditions. They also took the time to check-in on us and keep us posted on any listings, which we were super grateful for. Once we found the right house and made the decision to buy, they were always there to help answer any questions and make the transaction and legalities as seamless as possible. Thanks Rebecca and Steven! We finally got there in the end, and I hope more agents strive to your level of professionalism and honesty! :)
