Unhelpful and not honour contracts
Whole transaction there's minimum communication, all he wants is to get all the referral sending solar people to send quotes. No respect in contract signed unconditionally. I will not use this agent for my other properties

Outstanding service, professionalism and integrity

Professionalism and honesty throughout
Steven’s professionalism, honesty and hard work for us, the property owners, was without reproach throughout the marketing campaign. He paid detailed attention to each open house inspection, provided comprehensive weekly progress reports, used his extensive database of potential buyers to notify them of our house being on the market, communicated well with us and the tenants throughout the campaign, and achieved a successful outcome on the auction day. The agency’s marketing fees and commission were not only very reasonable, but structured such that we were easily able to put the house on the market without worrying about any upfront costs. Steven partners with equally able marketing and auction professionals, therefore really delivering the full package to sellers.
