Right off the bat our property manager was rude, invasive and overall unprofessional. Before we even got keys she called us asking if we had savings or if our pays would be enough to cover the rent we had already been approved for. Not that it is any of her business but we are affording the place just fine. Then the entry report had literally nothing on it, we filled it out and needed another page to document the missed problems. When we confronted the property manager about it she threw her assistant under the bus, blamed the last tenants and refused to take responsibility of a property SHE IS MANAGING. Since then it has only gotten worse - we still DONT HAVE A WORKING OVEN, MULTIPLE PLUMING ISSUES, WE DONT HAVE GARAGE DOOR REMOTES - and the list goes on. I have a more detailed review on Facebook if you are interested. Granted some things have been fixed but the point is it should have been picked up and fixed before we moved in. She will lie and make you feel like what you are saying is not valid. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. I have lodged a formal complaint with Ray White with no success. Ray White have proven to incompetent time and time again - hopefully this review will get the message across to anyone wanting to work with them and deter them from doing so. Our hope is Tiana (our property manager) will have learnt a little Integrity, respect and the emotional intelligence to do her job properly. Thanks Ray White

I am very pleased with Ray White Logan City. Top Service. The only thing that I would like to suggest is if staff could possibly respond to emails sooner rather than later, even if they do not have the exact info for us, as long as one knows that they are addressing our situation and will come back to us again soon.

I have been in my rental property now for 3 weeks and the the whole process has been so pleasant. I had never done online forms before but it was simple and the agency was very helpful and pleasant. Any questions or concerns I have had have been address with rapid response and they were quite understandable and reasonable.
