My mother and I initially had our property listed with another local real estate agent and to say that we were disappointed was an understatement. The first three weeks of going onto the market nothing happened there there was no communication, no open homes and no inspections. After 2 and half months of little to no activity we withdrew our property from sale and decided to give it a rest at this point we were feeling extremely deflated and our plans to move to North Queensland were definitely put on the back burner. By chance I bumped into Martin Vazquez who works as part of Brendan Lappan's team and was extremely impressed with his professionalism, presentation and his easy-going manner. Upon this initial meeting I spoke to my Mother and we decided to have Brendan & Martin from Ray White Macarthur Group come and give us an appraisal on our property. We were extremely impressed but also apprehensive because we had such a disappointing outcome with our first agent. We decided to put our trust in Brendan & Martin from the team at Ray White and it was the best thing we could've done, within two weeks our property had over 20 inspections, received a number of offers and we sold at our second open home. The communication process and strategy was seamless from start to finish and I could not recommend Brendan & his team more highly to anyone that's thinking of buying or selling. Julie was extremely helpful getting a sale of our property. She answered any questions we had promptly and got us the price we were after. It was a declining market at the time so she had to put a great deal of effort in to get the buyers in . As there were so many larger properties for similar price. She came through for us and i would sell again with her given the chance.

Sammy has been great through the whole process of helping us look and buy our first home! There were some bumps in the road which is normal and I expected there to be but we’re quickly fixed. Sammy was very quick with everything and communicated with us the whole way through, we didn’t really need to worry about anything. Sammy is very professional and easy to talk to. Normally you would have 100 questions to ask when purchasing a property well we didn’t have many at all as Sammy provided us all the information and everything we need to know right from the get go. As a Principal and Licensee of my own agency, I of course took on the sale of my mother’s home in Bradbury. Renovations, staging & marketing we’re all done, but week after week, no buyer’s at all at the Open Homes. My house was on the market for 3 months with another agent and I didn’t get 1 offer.. someone referred me to Brendan. After telling him what I just went through for 3 months with another agent and not having any offers.. he came in and was straight up with me. He gave me a realistic appraisal and said that he would sell it before Christmas.. Brendan took the job on about a month out form Christmas.. the house was sold the week before. It took him 3 weeks to sell it.. prior to him selling my property.. Their had only been 2 property’s sold in my area in the last 6 months.. their was 32 houses on the market in my area at the time of my sale and not one of them under offer! Brendan came in and got it done in the time he said he was going to. Brendan was always calling me and keeping me up to date with what was going on..
