Wayne made our Broadbeach purchase easy!!

We recently purchased a Broadbeach property through Wayne Evans at Ray White and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. As buyers, we were interstate and seeking to find an investment property. We appreciated Wayne’s availability, video calls, clear and prompt communication, honesty and preparedness to work around our schedule. It was clear Wayne knows the local market very well and for the building we purchased into was extremely well regarded by residents who he had previously sold properties to. Wayne was always responsive to our questions, kept us updated and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Negotiations and the contract process was professionally and fairly managed and connection to other local supports (solicitor, rental agency, etc) were genuinely provided. Settlement was smooth and stress-free. We happily recommend!!
