We met Geoff to sign up and were immediately impressed by his sincerity. Seven days later we had a signed contract on our Surfers Paradise investment unit. He only had one viewing for invited buyers from his personal database and had 2 signed written offers that night. The property got to the market without advertising. Also he is a great communicator, who kept in touch with us constantly throughout the sales process. The buyers too were also extremely happy. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
