Joel was up for the challenge and left his home state at the early age of 18 and quickly moved up the ranks playing in representative teams for the Sunshine Coast gaining the title of Sunshine Coast Gympie rugby league player of the year in a short time. Joel has a knack for the 1% efforts (the non negotiables) that make all the difference when time comes to crunch, Joel worked for a major insurance company for 6 years and had an extensive career selling home insurance, which provided him the skills of negotiating and having a sound process of buying a home and guiding the client through the process and making it a seamless interaction. Joel has a fast paced strict work ethic that keeps him focussed on tasks at hand, he takes everything he does within his role personally and holds himself accountable in all aspects of his life to keep a continued growth mindset so he can provide the best service to all vendors and buyers.
