Although not the most inexpensive We put our faith in Steve Smith as from the outset I was struck by his personable nature with a fully professional attitude. He was confident from the outset which in turn made us confident. He definitely knew the local market without overstating it. Communication was one of Steve’s fortés. As soon as he had an update he was on the phone to us. He never left us wondering. We had no reason to question any of Steve’s advice or suggestions. Steve was so easy to deal with. He kept us up to date the whole way through. Nothing was a bother ( even bringing a drill along and fixed a cupboard door for us).
