BEST EVER EXPERIENCE
I have been a bit of a real estate “ junky” for over thirty years, with more than 20 purchases/sales under my belt. Now…. that’s a lot of agents and I have met! From the best to the worst, from the honest to the dishonest and to the sincere to the agorent. Missy Day from Canavan Real Estate in Mansfield is one of a kind, with nothing negative to report. She went above and beyond in her service and skills as a real estate agent. I had already decided on another agent and went to notify Canavan as a courtesy in person. The professionalism and warmth that Missy showed changed my mind completely. I signed my property with Missy there and then and my investment was sold within ten working days above my reserve price. I couldn't be happier with Missy's service and dedication and had to share this with the community. It is no wonder that Canavan has a 5 star rating on google!

Could not be happier with the effort that Missy & Matt went to and the work they put in to get an outstanding result for us.
