Exceptional knowledge and service!
Jason's knowledge of our area and the sunny coast in general is second to none. He always communicates in a professional manor and regularly, keeping us informed of all stages. We have bought and sold with Jason now and in both sides of the process he has our best interest in mind and offers his best and unbiased views to ensure a win/win for everyone involved. This on top of going over and above to get results ensured we were completely satisfied that everything had been done to achieve the best outcome.

This was quite tricky sales process which Rowan has handled superbly. He lead me through couple of cycles and never lost perspective of what the property can achieve on the current market. Excellent positive attitude with perseverance
From the start the Photography with Rowan on the beach was a great start to the programme,& although the property did not sell at auction Rowan persevered relentlessly until a buyer signed up .He also handled the buyers request for extensions on the settlement date very well.We would certainly recommend Rowan to others requiring an agent.

Wonderful!
Pam was awesome. When everything went pear shaped with the lawyers who messed up the closing, Pam was the one to sort it out and work with the sellers to make sure we didn't have to pile all our stuff into a hotel for a weekend before we could close. Much appreciate her going above and beyond on our behalf.

A great agent who ticked all the boxes
We were fortunate to have known Jason for a couple of years from his success in selling properties in our area.
