After a reasonably unrewarding three month experience with another agency, we provided Pam and Kayla the opportunity to market and hopefully sell, our beautiful apartment. They both impressed us from the initial meeting, and what really convinced us to appoint them, was the absolute joy they seemed to have in our property, and the legitimate reasons we had for making a sale. Their enthusiasm, their total interest in both us and the property was consuming and if you had a chance to choose some friends you would like to keep, they would be at the top of the list. This was communication of the highest order and we still are amazed at the professionalism of Pam's team. I do not believe the process could have been better handled on our behalf, even if we had done it ourselves.
