NOT ONLY DID SHE COME OUT ON A SUNDAY SHE ALSO IMPRESSED MY WIFE SO MUCH IT INSTILLED HER FAITH IN THE INDUSTRY. FROM DAY ONE WE WERE BOTH KEPT UP TO DATE WITH WHAT WAS HAPPENING WITH THE OPEN HOUSE RESULTS. SHE EVEN OPENED ON SUNDAY AND WEDNESDAY AS WELL AS HER NORMAL SATURDAY. AT ALL TIMES SHE KEPT UP THE FEEDBACK. WE WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYBODY WANTING TO SELL THEIR PROPERTY. EVEN HER COLLEQUES GAVE HER A GREAT RAP AS A PERSON WHO WOULD SELL OUR PROPERTY AND SHE DID. We had a fair bit of experience with agents locally and interstate by the time we met Jason and Bronwyn. Based on experience a few yars ago with Ray White at a different office we were cautiousiusly looking out for questionable behaviour. Jason as the selling agent and Bronwyn as the support were beyond doubt. Jason made sure to really understand what we are looking for, not easy as we were weighing up to build, buy of the plan or established. The sellers too were considing their options. Through open and frequent communication Team Jason brought the sellers and us as buyers on the same page and to sign on the line. We feel that Jason treated us with great respect, not pressuring or creating false urgency, but laying out the facts and relaying between both parties with points to consider. Jason and Bronwyn, as well as other Ray White folks we dealt with in Mooloolaba and Maroochydore regained our trust in the brand. We would certainly consider Jason, should we plan to buy or sell. I would highly recommend Jason Mills to anyone considering either buying or selling in the Maroochydore area. Jason is competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to deal with. From the first minute we met with Jason Mills we had a good feeling he would be the man to find us our first home. The area we wanted to buy in was quite specific and although our budget wasn't endless, we were determined to get what we wanted. Being rather a young couple at the time (26 & 21) we were often overlooked and written off by other agents. Jason on the other hand could not of been any different, he gave us the upmost respect and truly took the time to understood what we were looking for and was willing to do whatever it took to help us find our dream first home. After months of looking we had almost given up and were content to just continue renting, until Jason called us one afternoon saying he had the place for us, we explained to Jason we weren't interested and weren't looking to buy anymore, thankfully for us Jason convinced us to give it one last go. From the minute we entered our eventual dream home, we knew Jason had nailed it for us, 18 month later we couldn't be happier and more grateful to Jason Mills for finding our home for us and making the whole adventure as smooth and enjoyable as he could for us. It is evident that Jason mills simply has a superior knowledge of the market, his clients and buyers and the area he specialises in and NOBODY in the industry works harder than Jason Mills to please buyers and sellers alike. When I first met Jason I thought he was very friendly, very inquisitive and very obliging. Typical Real Estate Agent, right? Wrong, wrong, wrong! There is nothing typical about Jason. He really is a great guy. He helped us every step of the way and made a difficult and scary process seem easy. Marketing and selling out house was made a lot easier by working with Dan and the team at Ray White Maroochydore. We found Dan very easy to deal with as he is a great communicator, very professional (as were all the team at Ray White) and the follow-up after each open home was great. Pam worked very hard with us to gain a sale as soon as possible. Our house sale was due to a separation and this coupled with a changing landscape at the next door neighbours property we were not perfect or easy clients. Pam however maintained professionalism at all times and was able to speak to both of us separately to ensure we were all on the same page. Pam showed empathy to our situation and I always felt she was working tirelessly to ensure the sale went through.
