Initially i was just asking for advice and an appraisal for possible sale or rent and what i need to do for either option. Jess gave me the advice i needed and she hooked me up with other peofessionals to help me. When I finally knew which direction to go, I called Jess and said I'm selling and wanting to buy a unit up in the sunshine coast. Jess helped me so much and between her and the sunshine coast agent I put an offer on the unit and listed my house the same day. Jess and her team had 21 days to sell my place. Jess had multiple offers within 3 days. I was very pleased with the offers. The whole process was so smooth despite only being in brisbane on the weekends. Jess and her team ensured any trade that had to do something at the house they would let them in and supervise. There were many questions and Jess was there at every step even whist sick wirh the flu. She went above and beyond to ensure there were no issues and made the whole process so easy for me. I had so much support from Jess, her team, the other agent who handled the purchase of the property I bought, and my solicitor. If I had to do it all again, I'd choose Jess again in a flash.
