Ryan was one of five agents who appraised my home back in 2021. He stayed in contact with me regularly until I was finally ready to sell in mid 2023. He was very helpful and professional, and also knew the market well. Ryan's marketing of my property was outstanding, the video and photo's showcased my home exceptionally well. He was always early for the open homes, which was a pleasant surprise from past experiences with other agents. Very cordial, polite and respectful of my home, Ryan was also helpful in organising trades for a last minute test on my gas meter.
