Rachel Hobbs is hands down the most underrated player in the game, she gave me all the confidence I needed to place my house on the market knowing I would receive exactly what it’s worth. Rachel had exceptional knowledge of all market areas, was able to answer all questions without hesitation, provided me with all necessary information and more regarding my property, what everything means and the process that it would take. Rachel went above and beyond to ensure a quick sale of my home and made sure I had everything I needed, she would answer all messages/phone calls and responded to my emails in a timely manner, Rachel will always be the number one choice for all my future property’s from buying to selling and even renting I could not recommend her enough she is amazing :)
