I have had a very positive experience with the Ray White Melton rental team. They were very helpful and professional, and they managed to rent out my property very quickly. I really appreciate their excellent service. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales agent was completely different. My property was on the market for five months, but he failed to bring even one potential buyer. I was also very disappointed with the decision to schedule the auction for Thursday after 5 pm, as I felt this was not a suitable time to attract buyers. As a result, I have lost rental income and paid marketing fees without achieving a sale. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would happily recommend the rental team, but based on my experience, I would not use this sales agent again. I hope Ray White Melton takes this feedback seriously and improves its sales service.
