We recently engaged Chantelle Carman and Bianca from Ray White Melton to take over the leasing and management of our investment property in Brookfield after experiencing a prolonged vacancy period. From the beginning, Chantelle was proactive, transparent and highly responsive throughout the entire process. She quickly identified several compliance and presentation issues that had previously been overlooked, organised the required safety checks and rectification works efficiently, and kept us informed with regular updates and detailed feedback after inspections. What stood out most was their professionalism, communication and practical market advice. Chantelle was honest about pricing strategy, current rental market conditions and tenant expectations, which helped us make informed decisions quickly and avoid further unnecessary vacancy. The marketing campaign, photography, inspections and tenant screening were all handled professionally and the overall management process has been smooth and well organised. We appreciate the effort Chantelle and Bianca put into preparing and leasing the property and would be happy to recommend the Ray White Melton property management team to other landlords and investors.

They had fantastic communication style and always replied to any question I had during the process! Went out of their way to do everything they could to secure us our first home. Didn’t feel like just a transaction but more like I actually mattered through the whole process.
