Amazing, personalised and professional!
Melissa has been a great property manager. It has been exactly what they have promised to deliver. Effective communication and professional charges are somewhat equivalent to the market. Melissa has accommodated most of the request as per our needs. If we need anything in 48 hours most queries are resolved. And Highly recommend Mellisa and team at Ray white.

The company is very professional and easy to deal with.
The people I have delt with in Ray White Melton are very accommodating and treats you like one of their teammates or just like a family member. They are very professional, transparent, and very knowledgeable in property management. Coordinates well the concerns coming from the tenants regarding the issues with the rental house and give recommendations as to what is the best way forward. When the rental house is vacated, they do all what they can to search for an immediate replacement of tenant and very helpful in recommending the rightful renter. They enforce a regular house check and provide detailed report with photo evidence which assures me that tenants are taking good care of the rental property as well. I am always thankful of their untiring help, support and assistance in managing our rental properties.
