Initially I wouldn't want to leave any wrong comments or feedback as I thought Corey and Joe would rectify the issues as they promised before settlements. Please be careful that they didn't edit the contract you signed on from the first day you made the initial deposit. I only realised that they altered the contract and was buzzing while I was in the middle of my meetings to sign urgently. With me trusting I signed 😌

Joe helped us with the sale of our investment estate within tight timeframe. He was able to navigate a touchy situation as the property was recently tenanted.
