From the get go Joe was very enthusiastic with regards to selling our property by auction which was a method neither of us had knowledge or experience of. Joe explained his reasoning and expelled the myth of only run down properties are sold by auction in Melton which other agents had advised. Joe's confidence and knowledge soon had us selecting Ray White as the agent to sell our property, with the benefits of a local and interstate offices. We had an overseas trip booked so were concerned about our absence, however, Joe was able to eliminate our concerns by assuring us that he and his team would take care of everything and communicate regularly by our preferred method. Everything we discussed was delivered by Joe and his team. We couldn't have asked for anything more, we were extremely pleased with the whole process from start to finish and wouldn't have done it without Joe's knowledge or experience, we put our trust in the process and Joe and the result exceeded our expectations.
