Following a recommendation to have Ray White Mermaid Waters manage the renting of our property, we sought advice from the principal of the business, initially to meet the people we were about to do business with. We were impressed with the professional but friendly attitude displayed to us, and the advice given regarding the process of preparing the property for tenants. Once the unit was prepared, the process of finding the right tenant for us began in a professional and ordered manner. The task of identifying the successful applicant is a burdensome one, but at the same time a rewarding one for all concerned, when tenant and landlord are satisfied.
