Working with Danni was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Danni's communication was exceptional. She kept us informed every step of the way, was always available to answer our questions, and provided honest, knowledgeable advice throughout the process. Her experience in the industry was evident, and we always felt confident that we were in capable hands. What really stood out was Danni's positive attitude to my situtation I had a very bad experience with an old landlord instead of putting my application to the bottom of the pile she called up several other real etate agents and some other land lords. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and that we achieved a fantastic result. I would highly recommend Danni to anyone looking to rent a proptery Her expertise, integrity, and friendly approach make her an outstanding real estate professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again in the future.

I have been a long term tenant with Danni and the team and they have helped me find a second property in this market, only positive things to say.

Danni and her team promptly organised a professional photographer and had my property tenanted within a few weeks. A stark difference from the on-site management who I had previously dealt with. I highly recommend Danni and her team.

Extremely responsive and hardworking. Helped me unlock the property’s full value coupled with minimum vacancy.

We had a very positive experience during the inspection. The property manager Tamiya was polite, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions clearly. We really appreciated how friendly and helpful she was throughout the process. Thank you for showing us the property and all assistance.

We could not have been happier with Danni and her team from Ray White Mermaid Waters. From our first conversation with Danni, we felt comfortable trusting her with the management of our apartment. As we are NZ-based, we have appreciated the communication we have had with her - both via email and phone calls and would recommend her and her team for anyone interested in renting their property.
