Clancy was fantastic to deal with—very easygoing, responsive, and efficient throughout the process, which we greatly appreciated. However, we did encounter some confusion with the registration process. Receiving duplicate or even triplicate email notifications became a bit frustrating, and the process itself felt disjointed, requiring navigation through three separate portals. Streamlining this into a single, unified platform would significantly improve the user experience. Additionally, the "Move Me In" app could benefit from recommending one or two reliable service providers. Unfortunately, the provider we engaged let us down with poor time management, which added unnecessary stress to the move-in. That said, we’re very happy with our new home and look forward to being respectful, long-term tenants for the landlord.
