I recently moved into a new property and found out after grabbing the keys that there was a missing connection port for the NBN. A simple email to Rebecca from Mermaid Waters was all it took to resolve the issue. She organised an electrician to come install the access port the next day (Origin Energy and the NBN quoted a minimum 5 week wait time for the same thing).
