I cannot rate John Metaxas highly enough. Selling my parents' house from across town, during Covid 19 restrictions was no mean feat! John went out of his way to research possibilities for the property and connect with suitable buyers, even before the official advertising campaign began. His knowledge of the industry shone through in the way he arranged the photography and marketing to show the winning attributes of the property. Especially not having actually met John in person, I have been very impressed by the excellent communication and how pro-active he has been throughout the entire process; working to get us the best outcome. John was always very quick to get back to me to answer questions and to give updates every step of the way. I contacted 5 different agents in the area by email, earlier than required, and John stood out right from the start, politely checking in to see if help was needed, but never with any sense of pushiness.
