Best experience!
Due to the constant lockdowns, we didn't have the smoothest run with our open houses and auction continually forced to be re-scheduled. From day 1 Steve was very empathic with our personal circumstances and great at communicating with us. He went above and beyond and got us what we wanted. Thanks Steve you're the best!

Don't go looking for another agent, John is your man!

Excellent Agent!

Wonderful buying experience and excellent at the job
We had been doing our first home hunting for more than 3 months and we finally got the one through John and RayWhite. John is really good at what he does and he makes sure he communicates everything between the vendor and the purchaser without any issues. I believe as an agent it is a wonderful quality that to set up the right expectations and make sure both parties are happy and the process gets done without much hassle. We felt like John is always a call away if you have any questions or you need a favour in the buying process, also even if he misses the call, he calls back right away as he sees it. That's what I felt every single time. We also felt the pricing of houses listed by John/RayWhite are pretty accurate and they make sure the pricing matches the quality of the house and the market conditions, if the market condition changes, they update it right away, which I don't see with many other agencies. This also helps buyers to make sure, the expectations are right and what we could get in our budget, depending on the current really volatile housing market. We would also like to mention, Helen who has been helping us through all the communications after the buying process and she is excellent at handling all the communication between the parties and make sure the process goes smoothly and gets to completion on time. We are happy that we got our first home through John, Helen and the team. Thank you for all the help and support throughout the process and ongoing.
