About ten minutes into my first meeting with Michael Azzi I knew I was on a winner. Michael had recently sold my father in laws' house, I knew the sale went very well so rather than spend time hunting around for my own agent for my Mothers' house I just rang Michael. from the moment he walked into the house I just felt that I was in safe hands. Michael's knowledge of the local area was amazing, he knew exactly what price to put on the house so as to attract as many buyers as possible. Michael kept me informed every step of the way, after every Open House I would get a phone from Michael giving me an update. This kind of unbelievable service continued right up to the fall of the Auctioneers hammer, needless to say we were over the moon with the result. I can not speak highly enough of Michael and his ethics.

Michael from Ray White Merrylands and his very professional team looked after firstly the rent of our home then the auction of our home a few years later. From the signing of the contracts and all the open homes to the auction we were kept fully informed of everything relating to the sale. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with and we were extremely happy with all stages till the eventual sale of our property (well over the reserve price set).
