I find it very very easy to give Jon a 5-star rating for the sale of my mother’s house at Hendra! His assistance started from when Mum decided it was time to sell, with Jon providing advice and assistance with preparing the house for sale. Once the house was listed, Jon actively kept us informed of progress with the marketing campaign and information about the potential buyers he had shown through the house. Very importantly, he also had great information about the people who were actively looking to buy in Hendra, engaging with them to generate interest in the house so that there was four offers on paper by the auction date. Jon and the auctioneer David Treloar were extremely helpful and supportive in guiding my mother through decisions about possible auction-sale prices and reserve prices. Jon’s experience and expertise during the pre-sale period showed on auction day, with a dozen registered bidders.
