I moved with 2 kids with our suitcases to Sydney while Brisbane house is put onto the market, this is a 1800m2 huge house with 2 kitchens, a back pool house, 5 bedrooms, and outdoor and front garden. You can imagine the huge task of cleaning it all up, pack everything away, get the house clean for display, maintaining the house while on sale. Ian and his team did an amazing job with money saving tips, contacts and I was impressed with the outstanding results. Not only that, alongside his professionalism, we are connected like long lost friends. He even helped me relocate a toad when toad decided to explore my lounge room. For a single mother with 2 kids who have no family in Brisbane, you helped me like a family. So from the bottom of my heart. We contacted multiple Agents on a stage were we were not ready to sell but getting everything prepared. Most agents came across with the typical car sales mentality. Calling, pretending to have already buyers and putting pressure on us. The biggest Issue we disliked, was that they tried to talk down other agents. Ian was different. He understood what we wanted, gave excellent advice and help without ever being aggressive. Sales is about relations and the presentation of the product not the ego of the sales person. Ian was a brilliant choice at gently guided us through the process without stress

As often found, we were sceptical about picking a realtor who we felt would work for us in the best interest of selling our home, however, once we visited a home close by that was up for sale and met Ian, this changed our mind. There is not enough we can say about Ian as Ian has gone out of his way for both us as the buyer and the delightful purchasers. Professional, ethical, knowledgeable and hard working. We often saw Ian walking the streets handing out flyers on our house. Questions were never an issue to ask and it wasn’t always a real estate question as we asked many unrelated questions to moving. Ian helped out with searching for community resources, provided many tips and overall provided us an outstanding service, even through the most stressful moments of selling and the “what if’” moments. All we can say is if you need a realtor, Ian would be your best phone call you make.
