Very good agent
We recently purchased a house with Daniel at Ray White Mill Park. It was our first home so we were very nervous at the auction, but Daniel & his team were very accommodating & happy to help with any questions we had. Thankfully they explained everything to us, so we understood the whole process, at every turn. Friendly & helpful agent
Since our very first meeting with Daniel we found him to be very knowledgeable of the Mill Park property market and gave us a good valuation of our house using recent sale prices of comparable houses. From that point on, he was very helpful with getting our house ready for the sale, giving tips on how to present it, and giving useful contact details of handymen, stylists, conveyancers etc. He kept us well informed during the period our house was on the market, and helped us sell our house to a price beyond our expectations. Sale of Family Home
We used Kon Kouvas from Ray White-Mill Park to sell our family home. Kon was extremely helpful from the first meeting giving us ideas to prepare the house for sale. We felt that it was our job to prepare the house for sale and it was Kon's job to sell the house which he did well above our expected price.
